It highlights the direct and indirect costs incurred by party workers, their role in facilitating public services, and the systemic corruption that arises from political funding pressures. The study estimates the financial impact on parties in Telangana, emphasizing the need for governance reforms, improved public service delivery, and bureaucratic accountability to reduce party dependence on grassroots networks for electoral viability.
