This document advocates for the creation of an All India Judicial Service (AIJS) to enhance the quality and efficiency of the judiciary. It details the systemic issues affecting the judiciary, such as the slow pace of case resolution and the inconsistent quality of judges, and proposes a meritocratic recruitment system akin to the IAS and IPS to attract talented lawyers to the judiciary.
